Received a bunch of scam calls. Not really the site’s fault but it could be handled better. Received a genuine call to get my Toyota Porte, though.

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

The interior had a small stain on the back seat that was not visible in the photos. Customer support was polite and offered me a discount on my next purchase. Overall, I appreciate how they handled it, that was a positive experience.

I had trouble understanding the import process at first, as there was a lot of paperwork. SAT Japan walked me through it and sent detailed guidance and support. Now that it's all done, I'd happily go through it again.

The radio system wasn't working correctly when I got the car. SAT Japan told me this was noted in the inspection sheet, which I had missed. Lesson learned to read everything closely, but overall, the car is solid and clean.

Everything was good except the battery was weak when the car arrived.SAT Japan compensated me for a replacement after I shared a receipt. I was really impressed with how they handled the issue and great customer care. Definitely recommended!

Shipping took a bit longer than expected due to customs delays, which stressed me out. But SAT Japan kept in touch and provided all the documents I needed. Once the car arrived, it was in excellent condition and worth the wait.

The Porte (Welcab) was registered in 2010/11. It is a 5 seater hatchback with 4 doors. This vehicle has an engine size of 1500 cc and a mileage of 53519 km. Hatchbacks can be easily identified by their three and five door structures. What’s great about hatchbacks is that you can adjust larger items into the hatchback’s trunk, and the rear seats also fold down, providing you with more space for cargo. The trunk area of a hatchback is also flat making it much easier to load and unload.
